It is a weighbridge which is manufactured from completely flat steel in modular construction, mounted without pit. It is placed on the foundation prepared on the ground. The vehicle’s entrances and exits are realized by reinforced concrete ramps. Scale is 45 cm above the ground.
Special V Beam Steel Platform consists of modular design, pre-stressed trapezoid curved sheets, has welded under of the surface sheet metal from a welding robot with continuous and close gas metal arc welding. High strength is obtained. Platform is painted with 1 layer of primer and 2 layer of synthetic paint. (Color: RAL 7037 machine grey)
Because of modular form, standard modules, easy and fast setup possibility, it may be manufactured different sizes till 24m and different capacities.
